Scheduled (over 1 week in advance) to have a Trailer Hitch installed at Abington MA location. I arrived, they had no idea about an installation, hitch had not arrived, it was still in Vermont.

They never tried to contact me in any way to let me know there was a problem, Cancelled the install. Had storage at the Hanover MA location, days before I was clearing out the unit, I scheduled to rent a truck from them & let them know I would be moving out. They assured me they check the units & I would not be charged. And I was still charged.

I called ( I work early hours) and an answering service (?) picked up. Instead of sending a message they said I would have to call back when they are open. Why have someone answer the phone ?

Worst service I have ever seen. Will not be going back to Uhaul

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $75.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Uhaul Cons: Being charged after i was assured i would not be charged.
