I rented a truck for a local haul for 24 hours. they put a hold on my debit card which turned out to be more than what the cost of move was.

Truck returned on time no issues but more than 24 hours later and still cant get my money they held. Getting the runaround between my bank and Uhaul, both blaming the other more than once. Now i am told by a person in billing at Uhaul that it could take another 5 days to get my money released. Not once was i told this could happen or i never would have rented it in first place due to low funds.

Their power was down so i never received a contract. I have rented with Uhaul many times in the past and never had this problem. I will never ever again use Uhaul, i would rather pay more money elsewhere.

Also waited 15 mintes two times trying to reach a live person. That is unacceptable to me.
