U-Haul stated they called me 3 days ago to tell me a refund was issued. I never received a call, but did receive a refund.
I am satisfied with the end result. U-Haul did right by us with a little prodding.

had an engine blow on a truck during a move. It took a local sheriff deputy to convince them we needed a tow.
Have been trying to get a response from U-Haul management for the past 6 days. Phone agent s transfer you back and forth between departments until you get disconnected. The e-mail link on the web site has gone unanswered, we are on day 6. The only response I got from corporate was by posting on their Facebook page.
Still no one will discuss reimbursement for damages. They just plain don't give a ***. I have done several moves, U-Haual trucks have had issues 80% of the time.
Budget trucks 0%. If you are doing anout of town move, avoid U-Haul.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $400.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
