First Time - 2 years ago- we booked a 14' truck. showed up, they only gave us a cargo van. We let it slide, even though we had to make multiple trips adding mileage. Should have learned.

Second Time - Booked a 14' truck for 2 days. We were paranoid because of the first time we called after booking to ensure we would have the correct truck for 2 days. we even got the guy's name we talked to.

Go to pick up the truck, they tell us "we don't have availability for 2 days - you only get 24 hours". They threaten to report it stolen if it is returned any later than 7am the next morning. said that "you were probably talking to someone in our call center" when we told them who we talked to on the phone to confirm "I don't know that person" and there was nothing they could do about it. They also said "it happens more often than you think" and "we are just overbooked" (so you are screwing more people over too?)

We went to look at the confirmation email - and realized they just send you a link to their site, and changed it from what used to say 48 hours to 24 hours. Should have taken a screenshot.

Then - they sent us a "Review your experience" - the Link did not work. Of course it didn't.

Terrible customer service. Unreliable. Liars. Cheats. ***.

Please be aware that when you call Customer Service to book a reservation you could be talking to someone across the country from you, sitting in their home, making your reservation, in your city, that they have never even been to...Unless they use the tools at hand, screw up do happen.


Yup just happened to me too. They overbooking and even though I had 48 hours they said no that I had to return it in 20 hours. Disgusting company.
