Uhaul - Tow package gone wrong

Bryan on Normandy Boulevard U-Haul returned our money 100% after I asked him to remove everything and restore my truck back to its original working condition. A week later we received our refund. we have not had a tow package with break controller installed as of yet. only then will we know if everything I can't see has been returned to its original condition.

Uhaul - Scares my elderly mother to tears with threats

Uhaul just sent the police to my elderly hadicap mothers home threatening to have her only daughter arrested for auto theft when i just talked to them less than 48 hours ago. My mother called me crying and very freightened i called the local uhaul where i rented they deny ever doing this and refuse to call my mother and apologize WORST COMPANY EVER SHOULD BE BLACKLISTED FROM ALL HARD WORKING AMERICAN FAMILIES ILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN
