I moved out of my storage units on 10/22/18 and was given my checkout paperwork showing a zero balance. I was told that my monthly autopay would stop now that I had checked out.
However, U-Haul autopay took out another months rent of $247.47 on 19/24/18 - 2 days after I had checked out.
I sent a copy of my checking account page showing the withdrawal but U-Haul states their system does not show any payment received. Someone in customer service needs to contact me ASAP about this issue.
