We moved with uhaul, we had a bridge collapse and two winter storms that took our nightmare moving trip from two days to two weeks, they said they would credit my account to reduce the daily charges, when I got my bill they did not, and said they would not. A company should back up there own statements made by there customer service office.

I would not treat my customers in this manner. I would not use Uhaul ever in the future and strongly suggest that if your moving seek other companies!!! They will not call you back.

I tried and tried to get the area manager over the western nc region and he would not call me back. They lack customer service and integrity.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $900.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Uhaul Pros: I used them all the time, At least 3 times in 2017.

Uhaul Cons: Being told one thing, And then doing something else.
