I need a refund for my time and patience. If I messed up like this for my customers they would not pay me.

I called in and 1-24-25 at 1:15pm requested a trailer wiring job on my sprinter van when the guy had the parts in hand to do the job and scheduled me for 7 am In -7 degrees, total cost $250 so I showed up and Vincent the manager looked at me like I was stupid? Well I had the phone call and number identified after he said are you sure you called here?

Yes idiot I picked my phone up and redialed the store again and yes it was his number, so he still acted like he doesnt know anything or know who worked yesterday and took my reservation. So I said it must be your problem you dont know anything, so he then said it wasnt going to happen and he doesnt even know if he has parts?

So again I said the guy yesterday had them know hand, and started to *** me off and he didnt like be reprimanded by the customer because he is an idiot. So he said it was gonna be $650 now so I told him repeatedly to *** and give me the materials and I will do it myself.

Problem with refunding my money of $128 every month for quite a few months now and most the time it breaks me to pay that much out of my pocket when I haven't done anything to pay it so please stop charging me every month if I need to send something back I will the only thing I bought from you was that get dreaming cream

Worst rental experience

We did use the u-haul for our move from townsite, Nanaimo, BC first and last time. Worst experience ever.

We were treated very poorly. Just because we had to use u-haul for 2 days(booked for 1 day but there was an emergency so we needed it for 2 days).

I had texted them that I would need it for 2nd day as well. The person who was dealing with us got furious and said they would charge us $100 per hour if we didnt return it in next hour or so. He seems a senior person so I tried to be as polite as I could.

But he continued disrespecting and then u-haul charged us total $242 when it supposed to be less then $110. I tried to ask for help very politely but that same person keep being disrespectful and treating us poorly. He returned only $32 back. I asked him to explain the charges then he got mad and said you would not get a single penny from u-haul and suggested to go to Budget next time.

Sir, I am not asking to pay me from u-haul pocket.

I just asked to return the overcharged amount or give an explanation of the charges.

Dont waste your time and money!

Would never recommend u-haul to anyone. Budget is the best rental company where I never had any issues and they always treated us nicely and with respect.

Fraudulent charges by uhaul

U haul took money off my daughters credit card but she was not on the contract, only listed as an emergency contact. However she had rented a UHaul two weeks previous and on my contract two weeks following they charged her card for additional services.

My contract was supposed to be cancelled due to a filthy truck and it having to be jump started twice.

Not only did they charge my credit card but they charged my daughters as well. Dispute is pending with UHaul!

This facility is horrible. I rented a cargo bank and when I picked it up.

It was urine in the seat. I sat in it. My butt was soaking wet with someone urine.

The general manager explained to me how they get broken in to The general manager told me as well that she was gonna refund me. My deposit or my money and that never did so.

Samantha was very helpful and very attentive to my needs when I was trying to get a truck. I didn't know exactly what I really wanted, but she asked me certain questions.

She came up with a viable solution and I trusted her judgment and her knowledge. She was an excellent customer service representative for U-Haul.

I wish I had her in my employment. Keep her; she's a valuable asset to your company!

Milage Dispute

Uhaul - Milage Dispute

There was a mileage recording error in La Crosse, WI where we picked up the Uhaul truck. My husband drove less then 1,213 miles in the Uhaul truck.

I know this for a fact as I took a picture of my mileage counter on my car after we got to our new place in Ft. Mitchell, Alabama the counter showed I had driven 1,213 miles. I was following my husband in my car and I had gotten lost once on our way to Ft. Mitchell, Alabama while he had not gotten lost on the way to Alabama.

The miles from La Crosse, WI to Ft Mitchell, Alabama were only 1,124 miles according to the route my husband went. Even adding on the miles we stopped at rest areas by Google Maps still do not equal the additional 775.9 miles we were charged when we delivered the UHaul back. We arrived in Ft Mitchell, Alabama on 05/31/2024 and started moving in on 06/01/2024. Due to some moving in issues, we decided to keep the Uhaul an additional night which we gladly paid for.

However, we should not have had to pay the additional fee of $775.90 for the additional 775.9 miles. We have rented Uhauls from them before and have never had a problem. We have always just taken pictures of the outside of the truck, never dreamt we should have taken a picture of the odometer on the inside of the Uhaul truck. I have tried calling to complain and keep getting hung up on before I can even explain what the problem was.

The minute I have to press the button for customer service the line goes dead! Have tried two phones and the store where we brought the truck back to.

Uhaul - Customer Complaint

My friend is being treated very unfairly at your location at 84th & 135A in Surrey, BC. Unless one wears a turban, is wealthy, or speaks Punjabi, it seems acceptable to be treated unfairly in front of other customers – told to leave and have items, which were going to be purchased, ripped out of one's hands. Something needs to be done to ensure customers are treated fairly with no prejudice, as it should not matter what color your skin is, or how you talk.

This is no way to treat anyone at all…. This company in Surrey at 135A & 84th Avenue needs to have employees who WONT treat anyone differently & speak to them as if they matter…. I truly hope the employees who work there get FIRED!!!!

I rented a truck from uhaul and left items in the truck and was told I had 72 hours to retrieve my things but when I show up to get my things the facility will not bring the truck out to us so that we can get our things out of the truck...so they are pretty much stealing my things and refuse to release them to me and my wife.

BEWARE OF THE UHAUL AT 1193 N ACADEMY BLVD COLORADO SPRINGS COLORADO THERE IS DEFINITELY SOMETHING OFF ABOUT THIS UHAUL AND THEY ARE STRALING NY THINGS OUTRIGHT. I AM ABOUT TO HAVE TO INVOLVE LAW ENFORCEMENT TO RETRIEVE MY THINGS WILL UPDATE WIH RESULTS ASAP!

I called U-haul in Mansfield Ohio. I asked them to recommend a car dolly for me to purchase for my Ford F-150 to be towed by my RV.

The rep at U-haul recommended one and I asked him to hook it up to my RV and Truck.

Since I never did this before.

Bottom line the rep sold and Connected my Ford F150 to the RV with a dolly that we find out after the fact is too small for my vehicle and my truck fell off while I was traveling.

Why would a rep recommend AND CONNECT my vehicle to a dolly he SHOULD have known was the incorrect size?

During my travels I contacted them and informed them of the situation and they informed me when I returned from my travels they would refund me the money and I could drop off the dolly, but now they are denying me.

The original Manager is no longer at the location.

They denied my claim.

Shame on U-haul. Beware!

I rented a 26' truck and specifically requested a location that allows for us to pick up the truck outside business hours. Mikaela helped us and I told her I needed to pick up the truck at 7:00 am on Sunday.

On the day of, we weren't able to retrieve the truck.

We lost half of the people helping us. There was no resolution offered.
