I agree with everyone here who states a class action suit should commence.

I was hit in Philadelphia. My back bumper and left side quarter panel were impacted. I initially waited two weeks before I heard from anybody at Repwest. It's going on a month, and I have yet to hear anything further. My vehicle, while drivable, should not be waiting to be fixed. I have the option of involving my insurance company to do all the work, but why should they be inconvenienced for something which is U-Haul's fault?

I heard from the U-Haul in Feasterville PA one time, apologizing for the accident and asking if I was okay, but nothing from them since.

I would never consider doing business with U-Haul. Including the Feasterville location. One month is too long.
