I rented a beat up 17' truck from them last week. The steering wheel had to be turned 45 degrees to go straight and i was given LESS than 1/4 tank of gas.

I started it up the following morning to back it into place to load up. After loading i had to drop off furniture at my parents house. When we tried to leave to drop off the rest of the furniture at my storage unit the truck would not start and needed to be jumped. Once completed at the storage unit we had to jump it again.

I called and asked if i could bring it back instead of putting the $10 worth of gas needed so as not to risk jumping it, they replied sure. Once back at uhaul they said i had to top it off or pay $55. I then filed a complaint with uhaul corporate.

I never got a response from uhaul Burlington in reference to the complaint (they have 3 business days to reply). I called uhaul corporate to ask why i never got a call back from Burlington and was told that the Burlington location stated they spoke to me and that it was my fault the battery kept dying.

Paul Kelly (856) 534-**** is the regional CS rep that would not get back to me also.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Uhaul Pros: Ease of location.

Uhaul Cons: Everything else.
