I'm a customer for a Uhaul in Leesburg FL. Yesterday the general manager found it acceptable to show up TEN MINUTES LATE WHEN UHAUL CLEARLY OPENS AT 9 AM.

They got ticked because ANOTHER CUSTOMER CALLED THEIR BOSS AND INFORMED THEM ABOUT THEM BEING LATE ON SUNDAY FOR THE 6TH OR SO TIME,THE SIDE DOOR GOING INTO THE HITCH BAY BEING OPEN AND HITCH BAY LIGHTS WHERE LEFT ON,AND THE GATE WAS LEFT OPEN. THEY EVEN SUGGESTED THAT THE GENERAL MANAGER BE TALKED TO OR THE JOB ACTUALLY BE GIVEN TO SOMEONE THAT WANTS IT AND DESERVES IT. This General Manager was TRANSFERRED FROM ANOTHER UHAUL BECAUSE OF THEM BEING NOTURIOUSLY LAZY AND THE EX ASSISTANT MANAGER BEFORE THEY QUIT BECAUSE OF THIS *** WAS INFORMED THAT THEY WERE TRANSFERRED BECAUSE THE OTHER STORE DIDN'T WANT TO PUT UP WITH THEIR LAZINESS ANYMORE. The general manager SAYS CONTRADICTIONS,HAS MADE TWO EMPLOYEES QUIT BECAUSE IN HIS WORDS "THEY OWED HIM RESPECT AS A BLACK MAN AFTER WHAT THEIR ANCESTORS PUT HIS THROUGH" AND HE ALMOST LOST HIS MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE HITCH GUY AT THAT SAME TIME FOR THAT REASON OF TRYING TO FORCE RESPECT FROM THEM.

ANOTHER RECENTLY HIRED IN THE PAST THREE OR SO MONTHS EMPLOYEE HAS SAID THAT IF THIS GENERAL MANAGER DOESN'T START STRAIGHTENING UP THAT THEY WOULD EITHER QUIT OR BE TRANSFERRED. THE GENERAL MANAGER SOME TIME BEFORE CHRISTMAS HAD SUPPOSEDLY "SLEPT IN" AND IF A EMPLOYEE HADN'T OF CALLED THEM THE STORE WOULDN'T HAVE OPENED UNTIL WHO KNOWS WHEN AND UNFORTUNATELY THE STORAGE CLEANER THAT HAD TO WAIT FOR TWO HOURS WAS TOLD THAT BECAUSE OF THE MANAGER'S INCOMPETENCE THEY WOULDN'T BE PAID FOR THOSE TWO HOURS THAT THE GENERAL MANAGER WAS LATE. THIS SAME GENERAL MANAGER HAS NOW LET THEIR CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNITS AC UNITS GO WITHOUT BEING CHANGED FOR TWO MONTHS DESPITE THE STORAGE CLEANER TELLING THEM,LEAVING THEM NOTES,AND EVEN WRITING DOWN MULTIPLE TIMES THAT THEY WERE NEEDED. THE GENERAL MANAGER HAS REFUSED TO CHECK THE CAMERAS TO HELP THE STORAGE FIND OUT WHERE THEIR LADDER AND VACUUM WENT THAT WAS TAKEN OFF OF THEIR CART AND HAS MADE NO EFFORT WHAT SO EVER TO FIND AND/OR GET THEM REPLACEMENTS FOR THOSE THINGS DESPITE KNOWING THAT THEY'RE NEEDED FOR THE STORAGE CLEANER'S JOB.

THEY MADE ANOTHER EMPLOYEE QUIT BY SAYING HEADQUARTERS WAS LEAVING DOORS UNLOCKED OR WAS UNLOCKING THE DOORS AND MOVING THE CAMERAS AROUND TRYING TO SET THEM UP. THE GENERAL MANAGER I KNOW FOR A FACT HAS ALSO STOLEN MONEY FROM THEIR CENTER BECAUSE THEY WERE BRAGGING HOW THEY COUNTED $625 FOUR TO SIX TIMES AND THIS IS ON AUDIO AND VIDEO TO WHERE THE EX ASSISTANT MANAGER COULD HEAR THEM COUNTING BUT WHEN THEY HAD THE EX ASSISTANT MANAGER COUNT IT THEY ONLY COUNTED $600 AND WHEN THEY WERE ASKED WHAT HAPPENED TO THE MISSING $25 THEY CLAIMED "THEY DIDN'T KNOW". I'M SORRY BUT AS A PARENT IS THAT A EXAMPLE THAT THE GENERAL MANAGER SHOULD BE SETTING FOR THEIR KID WHENEVER THEY'RE OLD ENOUGH TO WORK AND IS THAT REALLY HOW THEY WANT THEIR KID TO THINK WORK IS SUPPOSED TO BE?!

IF THE STORAGE CLEANER AND WHO KNOWS HOW MANY OTHER EMPLOYEES CAN GET UP AT 5 AM AND ARRIVE TO WORK EARLY/ON TIME THERE'S NO REASON THAT THE GENERAL MANAGER COULDN'T AS WELL. AND IN CASE IF THE GENERAL MANAGER IS READING THIS I'M THE OTHER CUSTOMER THAT WAS THERE WHEN YOUR STORAGE CLEANER SAW YESTERDAY'S STUFF AND HAD LET THEIR MOM KNOW TO LOCK THEIR CAR DOORS BEFORE GOING TO CHECK IF THERE WERE ANY OTHER ISSUES AND I ALSO MADE A CALL TO YOUR SUPERVISOR/SUPERIOR/ETC TELLING THEM THE SAME THING
