I deliberately took only non-toll roads for my moving trip in January, 5 months ago.

I just received a bill for $100 in toll charges. Plus fines of course because they sat on the notification for months.

I want to know where this occurred and the date. No answer via email, and calling only puts you on hold for very lengthy wait period. If I were trying to get money, I'd streamline the process by including details (where, when) of alleged toll infraction, and have a dedicated citation department to answer these questions. This is ridiculous.

Their very first letter also warns that the longer I delay payment, the more fines I will rack up. Fine. Answer the phone then!
