I rented the truck on 3/31/08 and the truck had shifting problems and it caused some damages to some very valuable things of mine. I reported it to the person incharge at the uhaul place, and they refusing to compensate me for my merchandise damaged. I filed a complaint with the insurance Co and it's been months and I have not gotton any satisfaction from the Ajuster. Please help me in resolving this matter.
