I got charged for the wrong rate. I called 1-800-789-3638 to adjust the rate and the rep gave me so BS about how they charge differently depending on each day. I been renting Cargo Van from the same Uhaul for over a month same time and say days, the charge was always the same! It really *** me off that she tried to give me some BS to get me off. Absolutely horrible customer service and very unprofessional. Was hung up on several times, transferred mid sentence and was given a location for pick up in another province!!!!! Never experienced such poor service!!! Add comment

What a joke of a company. Jumped through all their hoops to reserve online only to find out that a unit is not even available! Deanna, their customer service rep online was terribly unhelpful. She just gave generic responses and could care less about my waste of time. Save yourself the headache and use another rental service. This company is way too big to care about screwing over what they view as a small percentage of people. Read more

I rented a 12 X 6' open trailer with loading gate. Unfortunately you need to look very hard to understand that the ramp and opening to the trailer is much smaller. We had to lift a 59" item over the side of the trailer to load. Then to unload we needed to find help to lift the item (mower deck) and we were about an hour and half late (in pouring rain), thus being charges another day late fee. Terrible service. I made a reservation a week before for them to bring the truck I needed to my preferred location and the day before they send me a text saying I have to pick up the truck somewhere else. The guy at the location where the truck was supposed to be delivered said that there was nothing he could do that they couldn't bring the truck there. Uhaul Is Abusive & Bullies

I lease a 24/7hr access storage locker. I tried to reserve a trailer for a Sunday afternoon till 10-11pm and return to unload my cargo and leave trailer. I was forced to take the trailer on Sat for Sat AND Sun. I asked why I couldn't just reserve it for Sunday? She repeated I needed to take it for both days or I wouldn't get one. A Uhaul employee in Blue Ridge, Ga. damaged our truck when hooking up the tow hitch to our truck. The employee wasn't following company protacall when he damaged our truck tailgate. Rented a truck on 3/12/16 from location 778053-Downtown Pensacola (2817 N Pace Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32505). Air conditioner did not work. Took it back to same location and reported the problem. I asked for a partial refund after truck could not be fixed and no other other option was offered. The U haul dealer at 114 Mount Vernon Avenue in Mount Vernon is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! If U haul expects to retain custoners tgey should dtop this location ASAP! They suck!! Add comment
